Only about five years overdue, here is the new-and-improved teamscr.com! What started in 1997 as the home of the biggest Saturn road racing team in North America has evolved into your comprehensive resource for improved vehicle dynamics and high-performance brake system engineering. Through our open-enrollment engineering seminars and plain-English technical publications, our years of high-performance race engineering experience can help take you from mid-pack to the front of the field in no time at all.
For those die-hard Saturn race fans who continue to turn to us for technical assistance, we have retained all of the race team content from the old teamscr.com. In our motorsports section you can still find a wealth of information about our cars as they continue to race under new sponsorship (yes, we have kept up with them), our drivers (we tell ourselves that we were real race car drivers before the kids came along), our crew (those selfless, dedicated volunteers who were too easily bribed with promises of Outback Steakhouse), and our vast technical database. Over twenty years of combined SCCA road racing experience is here at your virtual doorstep. We hope that you continue to find the material both entertaining and informative.
Our three-way partnership in 2002 and 2003 with SPS racing, R^3 motorsports, and the original team scR provided a couple of knockout race seasons. So, sit back and surf on. Get Current News on our various exploits (racing and otherwise), read up on Tech Articles written by people who actually race their cars, peruse our tongue-in-cheek Newsletter Archive, browse our extensive Photo Gallery, watch our action-packed Videos, meet the Drivers and Teams, and get official scR Stuff. Any way you look at it, if you are a Saturn motorsports enthusiast, there is something here for you. Thanks for stopping by!

Offered through SAE International
I.D.# C0315, Duration: 2 Days
Once reserved for high-end luxury vehicles, electronic brake control systems are quickly becoming standard equipment on even the most inexpensive cars and trucks. Today, nearly every new vehicle benefits from the optimized braking, enhanced acceleration, or improved stability that these systems provide. This comprehensive seminar introduces participants to the system-level design considerations, vehicle interface requirements, and inevitable performance compromises that must be addressed when implementing these technologies.

Warning: certain portions of this newsletter may be slightly exaggerated, or, in some cases, blatantly untrue. After all, if you can't win, you may as well be entertaining. Read to the end to decipher truth from fiction.
Not Off To A Great Start While it didn't end all rosy, it didn't start all rosy, either. Imagine, if you can, the logistical nightmare of assembling team members from Florida (delayed flight and missed connection due to some insignificant part that holds fuel in the airplane), Texas (delayed flight, delayed connection, rental car flat tire), Michigan (late-night dash by PC across Ohio at two in the morning), and Wisconsin (no delays - how did that happen?). Oh, and then there was the vignette about Larry driving his new-to-him Lotus Evora from Atlanta, Georgia, and being towed by an Amish buggy the final 15 miles to the track. Does Lotus still use Lucas wiring?
